2. 以讀卡機透過自然人憑證驗證身分
3. 線上付款
4. 持行照驗車，一個月內驗過不用重複檢驗
5. 自行拆卸原車牌
6. 持原車牌及身分證至監理所查稅
7. 持查稅結果辦理換牌
8. 持辦理結果領取新車牌
9. 自行裝設新車牌
10. 電話辦理 eTag 同車輛車號異動
11. 調整保險車號
